[Rsiena-help] Testing time heterogeneity

Dear Cecile,
If you cannot find the function includeTimeDummy I suspect your
RSiena/RSienaTest is not the latest version.
It is in R-forge revision 88 and onwards in RSienaTest and revision 96 and
onwards in RSiena. The Windows binary for the latter is not yet available
on R-forge, but that for RSienaTest revision 88 is. You will need to be
running R version 2.11.0 or later.
