Dear Ruth,
I am having problem with SIENA's new feature, testing time heterogeneity.
I followed the Manual and ran, as a test, its example. It worked just fine. I then tried to run same analysis with my model (a model for the co-evolution of network and behavior, 83 actors (including structural zeros, no missing data), 4 waves - the model converges just fine, no problem). I keep on receiving the following error message:
"Error in G[, , 1:nEffects] <- moment : number of items to replace is not a multiple of replacement length"
I tried to simplify my model (less parameters, only three waves). Same problem appears.
I also tried to directly specify the time dummies but I got the following error message:
"Error: could not find function "includeTimeDummy""
Thanks in advance for your help!
Cécile
