[Rsiena-help] Compile error with rev.83

Dear Ruth,

I am sorry for the delayed reply, but I did not have a local copy of the
tarballs and I had to wait for the r-forge site to be up again.

I just tested both RSiena and RsienaTest rev.83 with the added line you
suggested and they both compile fine on my machine.
