[Rsiena-help] Compile error with rev.83

Dear Guido,

Thank you for your help. After a lot of testing, I have settled on another 
set of changes, which I hope will be OK on your machine. I have just 
committed the changes, but am not sure when R-forge will be building 
tarballs next.

I would be grateful if you could check that it works on your machine: 
there are no changes apart from header files, so you can revert to your 
fixed version if it fails. I would like to reconcile all the systems 
before I make any more changes!
