[Rsiena-help] Compile error with rev.83

Dear Guido,

Apologies: I have been trying to get RSiena to compile with various
different Unix/Linux's but the current version compiles on all my test
systems. (which does not include Ubuntu.)

From the error message it would be worth trying adding the line

#include <cstdarg>

to src/model/variables/BehaviorVariable.cpp

I will need to check out whether this would work anywhere or everywhere,
before implementing it, but it would be a help if you were able to test
the change for me on your Ubuntu.
