This requirement does not make any sense. 64-bit Windows build is
usually more difficult than 32-bit, and I do not understand why CRAN
forces package authors to support 64-bit Windows... That means a
package either must not work with Windows at all, or must work with
all flavors of Windows. This is really unfortunate.
