[RQt-devel] windows binary built

Not being a Windows user, I have no idea whether it is more difficult, but
starting with R 2.15, only 64 bit R will be installed by default. So I can
probably make a better case for not supporting 32 bit, compared to not
supporting 64 bit.

Anyway, Qt source is slowwly downloading for my attempts at a 64 bit binary.
