[GenABEL-dev] updated tutorial (chapter on theory of stratification back)

Upon Maarten's suggestion I renamed the file (to GenABEL-tutorial1.pdf) and
deleted the old one; changed the link. Now the link

http://www.genabel.org/sites/default/files/pdfs/GenABEL-tutorial1.pdf

seems to function properly, but there are funny things still going on:

http://www.genabel.org/sites/default/files/pdfs/GenABEL-tutorial.pdf

serves the "new" (but non-existent on FTP!) file from June 19

http://genabel.org/sites/default/files/pdfs/GenABEL-tutorial.pdf

serves old (also non-existent on FTP!) file from April 15
