[GenABEL-dev] updated tutorial (chapter on theory of stratification back)

Dear All,

I have updated the SVN with latest version of the tutorial (now we are at
261 pages :) ) and put the PDF/HTML on the web-site as well. The latter is
a hassle - we need to think how to automate this (Jenkins?!).

There is still something very weird - while HTML update was ok (though this
is just by-passing drupal in a way) the PDF gives a trouble. With FTP, I
put the PDF to /domains/genabel.org/htdocs/genabel/sites/default/files/pdfsand
can get it back (marked June 19). With Chrome (even after cleaning the
cache), Mozilla, with my telephone, with

wget http://genabel.org/sites/default/files/pdfs/GenABEL-tutorial.pdf

I get an old copy (marked April 15!). No idea what is going on; ran out of
ideas how to solve this. Very frustrating.
