[GenABEL-dev] updated tutorial (chapter on theory of stratification back)

Dear Yurii,

The strange links may be the result of the disruption of the storage
platform of our hosting company.
However, somewhere at the back of my mind I seem to remember I've
observed this before. Maybe the requests end up at different webservers
of which some have a dirty cache? If this persists we should contact the
hosting company.
