[GenABEL-dev] GenABEl failing to load

(also thanks to Xia, Nicola, and some other people who notified us about
the problem)

The problem is addressed in a quick-patched version available from
http://mga.bionet.nsc.ru/~yurii/courses/GenABEL_1.7-3.tar.gz
Meanwhile we are working on the version for CRAN, but this is going to take
few (from 1 to 3) days - CRAN checks are becoming progressively advanced,
and it takes a while before all checks are passed and new
version appears on CRAN.
