It seems as though, during the basta run, R is requesting access a CRAN repository that is unavailable.
It is a warning message, and your basta run should have worked OK.

I'm not sure why it would do that, but if you select an available repository BEFORE you run basta (i.e. when you start up R) it should then work fine without a warning message.

You can do that in R's preferences.
