Dear Sofie,
thank you for your report. This error turned out to be a bug in summary.spca. Fixed now. I added a patch online (http://adegenet.r-forge.r-project.org/, section download, file spca.R), which should be available in a couple of hours.
Best regards,
Thibaut.

Subject: [adegenet-forum] truenames error
Hello,
I'm stuck with probably a very simple error. I keep getting the truenames error, although when I check truenames(datagen), it refers to the correct elements. It would be great if anyone could help me out!
Thanks,
Sofie Vandewoestijne
