[FLR-list] Problems installing FLasher on R3.3.3.

Hi,

We have only been testing it for R 3.4, at least for windows. I suspect the version of gcc in RTools 3.3 is not modern enough.

I don’t manage to get Flasher installed on R3.3.3. I do have an up-to-date gcc compiler, but something goes wrong. Any suggestions? Full error message below.
