[Seqinr-forum] problems with "Error in acnucopen(bank, socket) : Empty answer from server"

Hi Ken,

I'm not able to reproduce your problem:

 > library(seqinr)
 > choosebank("swissprot")

Here is my sessionInfo:

 > sessionInfo()
R version 3.1.2 (2014-10-31)
Platform: x86_64-apple-darwin13.4.0 (64-bit)

locale:
[1] fr_FR.UTF-8/fr_FR.UTF-8/fr_FR.UTF-8/C/fr_FR.UTF-8/fr_FR.UTF-8

I don't see obvious differences so that I'm without clues.
