[Seqinr-forum] loading AA-Sequences from Excel

Hello Immanuel,

the easiest way would be to convert your data in .fasta format and use 
the seqinR tools to read your file in. There are of course other 
possibilities, but if you're a beginner to R, I would suggest to start 
things this way.
