[Seqinr-forum] loading AA-Sequences from Excel

Hello,

I have AA-sequences in an excel file. Each row contains
one sequence, the first column the sequence id and the second
the AA- sequence as one large String.

I'm quite new to R and wondering what would be best way
to load the data in SeqinR. Do I need to convert the data into
the fasta format? Is it possible to load data from R data frame?

Any hints are very much appreciated.
