Dear seqinR,

I have just submitted release 2.0-7 on CRAN, so that if everything is OK
it should be available by the end of the week. This is a minor release,
no hurry to update. Its main interest is to fix preventivly a bug that
may appear in spring 2010 with R 2.11 release.

Now, if you do insist on upgrading the easiest way to learn of to do
this is to enter ?update.packages at your R prompt.

Best,

Z.

Release Notes for version 2.0-7
-------------------------------

o A new utility function where.is.this.acc() was introduced
to loop over all availabale ACNUC databases to look for
a given sequence accession number. This is useful when you have
a sequence accession number and you don't know in which database
it is present. The documentation of the function choosebank()
was also changed to make a link to this function. As suggested by
Avril Coghlan, the function has an argument stopAtFirst defaulting
to TRUE that stops the search at the first database found
     with the given accession number.

o As pointed out 05 Nov 2009 by Darren Obbard on the seqinr diffusion list
the argument forceToLower = FALSE in function comp()
was not honored. This is now fixed and a new sanity check was added in
the example section of the documentation of the function.

o Documentation for the function uco() for codon usage
table computation was updated with new bibliographical
     references.

o As basic regular expressions are defunct since R 2.11, the
extended argument in functions words.pos() and
trimSpace() was no more necessary. It is now deleted.
