[Rsiena-help] Syntax for average exposure effect on rate

Dear RSiena Users,
I am trying to include an average exposure effect in a diffusion model of a dichotomous behavior variable binge.
 
What is the syntax for adding the effect?
 
This is what I have tried:
 
myeff[myeff$effectName=='average exposure effect on rate binge' & myeff$type=='rate', 'include'] <- TRUE
