I have put Windows binaries for RSiena and RSienaTest on CRAN extras as 
the builds are failing on R-forge.

This should fix various bugs: problems with multiple processors, behavior 
variables with little variation, multiple groups with dyadic 
covariates, missing distance two effects for behavior variables.
