[Rsiena-help] Two RSiena points

Dear Christian,

Sorry I was away when you notified us about the Gui error. I have fixed 
it, although maybe too late for you to use the new version for your 
course. The new Windows binary zip is on CRAN extras, just in case R-forge 
takes a long time to build it.
