[Rprotobuf-yada] Sweave

Sorry about that. I fixed it. R CMD build takes care of it all.

It is when I manually do Rscript -e "Sweave( 'RProtoBuf.Rnw' )" that I 
need to specify Sweave's location. I need to update my texmf tree, etc ...
