[Roxygen-devel] prompt() like method to generate a templateofroxygen documentation

Although not targetting ess, this actually is my end game. It would be good to abstract this from the front-end.

What do you think, Manuel; would it be appropriate for core?

I wonder if the ESS guys would find it useful for populating roxygen
blocks.
