[Roxygen-devel] Inter- and intra-object comments; parsing

A couple salient points from our conversation with Manuel on May 5th:

    * Ignore intra-object comments for the time being; get
      inter-object comments from the source refs, or even modify
      gram.y.

    * Greedy, "top down" parsing strategy; where regexps should
      suffice.
