Hello,

Ian, the implementation of how you read the init script : (parse the 
init file one line at a time) will fail as soon as there is one R 
command that spans multiple lines. so I've modified it to read the full 
content of the file at once (using readFile), and parseAndEval that. Why 
would you read the file in java instead of source()ing it in R ?

Can you give an example on what you do with the init script.
