[Rcpp-devel] Attempt at amortized constant push_back for Vector

Hi All,

I've taken a quick shot at making push_back amortized constant in Rcpp. As
I've had to make some guesses about R/Rcpp internals, I am wondering what
is the best way to test my fork. (I see something in tests but I'm used to
testthat.)
