  I went through and replaced std::cout and std::cerr with Rcpp::Rcout
and Rcpp::Rcerr respectively.  Passes checks on my machine with only a
single NOTE (about the large installed size), I'm waiting to see if it
passes on R-forge before submitting the new version to CRAN as 0.6.4.

  It's possible that this change has made the output of readNexus more
verbose: I'd be happy if someone felt like checking that ...
