[Phylobase-devl] Build fails for MacOS X

Thanks for checking on this Ben.
I think the Solaris issue is caused by Rcpp. Maybe if we specify to
use the latest version of Rcpp in the DESCRIPTION file it'll work.
Otherwise, we can send an email to Dirk.
I can commit an updated output for the RUnit tests if needed.
