[Phylobase-devl] New phylobase build approach using static libncl (Was: Rcpp and OS X compiliation)

This error messages also appeared on R-forge after I upgraded to NCL
2.1.09 (for both Mac and Linux builds). My first guess was a problem
in the cleanup file but unfortunately it didn't seem to do the trick.
I didn't really have a chance to investigate the problem, as I can't
reproduce this on my system. Furthermore, it's also beyond my
abilities...
