  PS -- I think we can plan our daily "virtual meetings"
at noon Eastern Daylight Time, so that we span time zones
from Hawai'i (Marguerite: 6 AM) to France (Thibaut and Francois: 6 PM).
We can have more informal skype/chat/etc. before and after
the daily meeting.
