[Phylobase-devl] How to build a tree progressively?

Hi,
I think that this kind of works may not be a role of core package
(i.e., phylobase). Users may have to or should do the job. I think
that tree movement (tree topology updates in MCMC) may be implemented
by users of phylobase, not in phylobase.
Thank you,
Sang Chul
