[NMOF-news] NMOF 2.10-1 released and on CRAN

Version 2.10-1 of the NMOF package has been released
and is available from CRAN, and from the Git repositories at
   https://git.sr.ht/~enricoschumann/NMOF and
   https://gitlab.com/NMOF/NMOF

This version merely removed an example from the manual
page of 'NS', since as it failed on a CRAN machine.

Comments/corrections/remarks/suggestions are
nevertheless -- and as always -- very welcome; please
send them to the maintainer (me) directly.
