[NMOF-news] NMOF 2.10-0 released and on CRAN

Version 2.10-0 of the NMOF package has been released
and is available from CRAN, and from a Git repository at
   https://git.sr.ht/~enricoschumann/NMOF

The NEWS file entry:

  o fix bug in bracketing introduced in version 2.9-0

  o 'French' supports more datasets:
    "F-F_Research_Data_5_Factors_2x3_daily_CSV.zip", and
    "market" with frequency "monthly"

  o 'French' gains an argument "return.class": supported are
     "data.frame" (the current behaviour) and "zoo", which
     can easily be transformed to "xts"

  o 'Shiller' tries to fetch data from new URL at
    https://shillerdata.com/
