Log:
* Set spending function 2-parameter distribution function to be Logistic by default for both lower and upper spending

* Made the default output plot mode be Display Plot and also set the corresponding output page to display

* Fixed spelling error in Power plot default label

* Added a "Text" symbol option at end of symbol list for lines 1 & 2 that makes visible a text box for user entry if (Text is) selected in the symbol comboBox

* Add ellipses (...) box for user-specified advanced par() parameter specification

* Changed "Survival Simulation" design mode to "Simulation"

* Made the remaining design navigator widgets be disabled if the design mode selected is not "Design"
