Thanks for the information. Can you verify whether you have the R
package 'survival' installed or not?
In case you're not familiar with R, here are the steps:
- Start R from the Linux command line by typing:
R
- At the R prompt, type:
library("survival")
If these steps produce no warnings or errors, you have the package
installed.
- Exit R by typing:
q()
