[GenABEL-dev] MixABEL compilation

Thanks Nicola and Maarten,

I'm currently sitting in the same room with Yakov :-). We managed to get
MixABEL installed by downloading the CRAN version and adding the
-fpermissive GCC option to the Makevars file and rebuild the package.
As you may have noticed, I also committed several fixes to MixABEL
trunk, but R CMD check doesn't finish without errors yet...
