[GenABEL-dev] MixABEL compilation

Hi,

I have a working version which I got from Yakov, which we are still using, We have been using it on the latest R so it should compile anywhere. 
I think that the error Maarten gets is still the one linked to the check version of DatABEL.
I can send it to you if you like.
