[GenABEL-dev] GenABEL v. 1.6-7

Thank you, Kurt!

I have ran resaveRdaFiles() on 'data' directory, and also cleaned up
the 'doc' directory. The only file left there does not compress
(anymore) with qpdf (v2.2.13), but that should be not a problem, as
total directory size reduced > 10 times anyways.

I have resubmitted GenABEL 1.6-7build using R 2.13 to CRAN ftp; hope
it is fine now!
