That is true, however, I think of it as "a failure in the documentation,
and something to be fixed, therefore it is a bug". I think I've seen
that before in other projects. In our current bug tracker we can
distinguish between components (DatABEL, ProbABEL, etc.). We could add a
"documentation" category to it.

That's an option, for sure. And it would make separation of programming
bugs and other "bugs" clearly visible. On the other hand, I think
setting up a separate category (or one for each *ABEL) is just as clear.
Additionally it would make it easier to create a roadmap of what to fix
before a next release, because we only have to check one place when we
decided which bugs or "bugs" fix.
For me, the web site is different. It is not part of the software
package we release. It has a different roadmap and so it could (should?)
have its own bug tracker.
