[GenABEL-dev] "imputations" section of the tutorial

Yes, this would be better and that's what I tried to do initially, but
then got confused. It is not a bug (rather, incomplete documentation).
It is not really program feature... Similar things happened before:
e.g. where we will put e.g. info that we need to update part of the
web-site? documentation update?
Do we want to introduce another tracker (say, "Documentation requests")?
