[Forensim-help] Probability Curve

Dear Hinda,



With LRmix, it is my understanding that the PDo curve indicates the maximum and minimum amount of allele drop out  (indicated by red arrows) that could have occurred for a given profile. How are these upper and lower bounds determined?  Finally, is there a confidence level that can be assigned to the upper and lower ends of the range?
