<p>With LRmix, it is my understanding that the PDo curve indicates the maximum and minimum amount of allele drop out (indicated by red arrows) that could have occurred for a given profile. How are these upper and lower bounds determined? Finally, is there
a confidence level that can be assigned to the upper and lower ends of the range?
