What Steffen did not mention is that it is _template headers only_ based on
the good experience we had with Armadillo and Eigen headers from R/Rcpp. So
that brings potentially quite a lot of Boost to R, but not all of Boost.
Reges, Graph, Date formatting/parsing, ... all need object code too, and are
thus not fully helped by package BH.

Same on CRAN. Our argument of providing all / most of these in one package
to be used at compile-time was apparently good enough for the CRAN
maintainers to accept it.
Now we just need to make it better.
