Hi,

I am a novice user of BIOMOD and I cannot get it to run my models. This is
the error I am getting:
Modelling summary
-----------------------------------
Number of species modelled : 5
Sp1, Sp2, Sp3, Sp4, Sp5

numerical variables : Variable1, Variable2, Variable3,
Variable4, Variable5, Variable7, Variable8, Variable9, Variable10,
Variable11, Variable12, Variable13, Variable14, Variable15, Variable16,
Variable17, Variable18, Variable19

number of evaluation repetitions : 3
number of pseudo-absences runs : 0
models selected : ANN, CTA, GAM, GLM, MARS, MDA, RF,
SRE
total number of model runs : 160
-----------------------------------

##### Sp1 #####
Error in sample(which(ref == 1), ceiling(npres * ratio)) :
  invalid 'size' argument

Attached is my actual data. Is the problem that I have too many 0s? I
basically got the point data on all 5 species and just separated them out
and put in 1s and 0s. How else can I arrange the data and what does this
error mean?

Thank you,
Samiya
