Hi,<div><br></div><div>I am a novice user of BIOMOD and I cannot get it to run my models. This is the error I am getting:</div><div><div>Modelling summary </div><div>----------------------------------- </div><div>Number of species modelled : 5</div>
<div>Sp1, Sp2, Sp3, Sp4, Sp5</div><div><br></div><div>numerical variables : Variable1, Variable2, Variable3, Variable4, Variable5, Variable7, Variable8, Variable9, Variable10, Variable11, Variable12, Variable13, Variable14, Variable15, Variable16, Variable17, Variable18, Variable19</div>
<div><br></div><div><br></div><div>number of evaluation repetitions : 3</div><div>number of pseudo-absences runs : 0</div><div>models selected : ANN, CTA, GAM, GLM, MARS, MDA, RF, SRE</div>
<div>total number of model runs : 160</div><div>----------------------------------- </div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>##### Sp1 #####</div><div>Error in sample(which(ref == 1), ceiling(npres * ratio)) : </div>
<div> invalid 'size' argument</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>Attached is my actual data. Is the problem that I have too many 0s? I basically got the point data on all 5 species and just separated them out and put in 1s and 0s. How else can I arrange the data and what does this error mean?</div>
<div><br></div><div>Thank you,</div><div>Samiya</div></div>
