Dear All,
I am trying to model a single species with the BIOMOD. I am in very early stages of learning BIOMOD.
During the process of assigning Initial State, BIOMOD gives me an error that
Error in Initial.State(Response = dat05$saiga, Explanatory = dat05[, 4:9], :
you need to give a 'sp.name' if only one species is selected in 'Response'
Could you kindly advise how I could go about this error.
My dataset looks like:
Idw X Y ndvisq ndvi tmax4 dist2twn dust2wat water2 saiga

Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks and regards,
