[Biomod-commits] Figure of BIOMOD manual

Hi BIOMODers!

I really like the last table of the BIOMOD manual, where an index is set 
to classify model prediction accuracy

[ACCURACY / AUC / Kappa-TSS]

I would like to use it but I don't know if these thresholds are taken 
from another publication or I should cite BIOMOD manual.

Could any of you help me out?
