Hi Cate,

   Which version of BaSTA are you using? I ask since we’ve had that problem in version 1.9.4, but it’s been resolved in 1.9.5, which is not available on CRAN yet, but you can download the package from:

  https://imada.sdu.dk/~colchero/basta/ <https://imada.sdu.dk/~colchero/basta/>

   Let me know if this solves the problem.
