[Basta-users] Obtaining posterior values from iterations

Dear Jenni,

If you have a basta object called "out", you can access the parameter traces (which are the individual iterations) by calling:

out$params

This will be a matrix with several columns (one for each parameter), and lots of rows (one for each iteration).
