[adegenet-forum] Prior and Posterior membership in Scatter plot DAPC

Hello,

The scatter plot can only show 2 discriminant axes at a time and you can change them with the xax and yax arguments. 

The posterior is calculated over ALL axes retained and you can visualize it with the compoplot function.
